Hasek Names 26 Players for Pre-Tournament Preparations

Coach Ivan Hasek has named a 26-player squad for the Czech Republic's upcoming training camp ahead of the UEFA EURO 2020 tournament.

The camp will be held from May 23 to June 1 in Austria, and will serve as a final preparation for the tournament, which begins on June 11. The Czech Republic has been drawn in Group D alongside England, Croatia, and Scotland.

Hasek's squad includes several experienced players, such as goalkeeper Petr Cech and midfielder Tomas Soucek, as well as some younger players who have impressed for their clubs this season.

The Czech Republic will play two warm-up matches during the camp, against Austria on May 26 and against Albania on May 30.

The team's first match at EURO 2020 will be against Scotland on June 14.
